评价理论视角下对China Daily关于G20峰会报道的积极话语分析

• 摘要： 近年来，G20峰会作为一个重要的合作论坛，越来越受到国际社会的关注。本文以ChinaDaily（《中国日报》）上发布的2016年至2023年间有关G20峰会的18篇新闻语篇为语料建立小型语料库，以评价系统理论的态度系统为指导，运用积极话语分析的方法，借助语料库分析软件UAMCorpusTool3.3为研究工具，采用定性和定量结合的研究方法，对ChinaDaily中G20峰会新闻语篇中的态度资源及其蕴含思想进行分析。研究发现，语料库中判断资源和鉴赏资源所占比例较大，主要通过词汇和语境传递积极正面的话语意义。大量正面的态度资源营造了G20峰会新闻语篇的积极语言环境，突显中国在G20峰会对于推动各国之间的经济合作，并促进国际金融稳定和经济的持续增长具有重要价值和意义，展现了中国做新型大国，坚持走和平发展道路的国际形象。
• In recent years, the G20 summit, as an important forum for cooperation, has received more and more attention from the international community. In this paper, a small corpus of 18 news texts about G20 summits published in China Daily from 2016 to 2023 is set up. Guided by the attitude system of appraisal theory, the author utilizes the positive discourse analysis and the UAM Corpus 3.3 as a corpus analysis software to analyze the attitudinal resources and the implication in the news discourse of G20 Summit in China Daily by combining qualitative and quantitative research methods. It is found that a large proportion of judgmental resources and appreciation resources in the corpus mainly convey positive discourse meanings through vocabulary and context. A large number of positive attitudinal resources have created a positive linguistic environment in the news discourse of the G20 summit, highlighting that China’s participation in the G20 summit is of great value and significance for promoting economic cooperation among countries, as well as international financial stability and sustained economic growth, and demonstrating China’s international image as a new-type of great power that adheres to the path of peaceful development.
