评价理论视域下级差资源翻译研究——以《2020 年政府工作报告》为例

• 摘要： 《政府工作报告》作为对外话语体系构建的核心，其翻译质量直接决定我国文化价值和意识形态输出的效果。根据系统功能语言学，每一个语篇都蕴含着一定的态度和意义潜势，在翻译的过程中，需要译者需要在最大程度上实现目的语文本与源语文本之间的态度情感对等。本文结合评价系统理论，对2020 年中国政府工作报告中英文版本中的级差资源进行定量、定性分析，旨在探究外宣文本中级差资源的使用及其翻译策略，进而为政治文献翻译实践提供了切实、可行的工具。
• As an important part of “Chinese Culture Going out”, the translation of The Report on the Work of Government directly determines the effect of my country’s ideological output. According to the systematic functional linguistics, every text contains a certain attitude and potential meaning, which provides high demands for translators to achieve the maximum degree of attitudinal and emotional equivalence between the target text and the source text. Based on Appraisal Theory, this paper conducts a quantitative and qualitative analysis of graduation resources in the Chinese and English versions of 2020 The Report on the Work of Government and further digs out the translation strategies, aiming to provide a practical method in reaching-out translation.
