摘要：《哈利·波特》系列小说自出版以来受到全世界读者的喜爱，作者在文中创造了一个奇妙的魔法世界。小说篇幅较长，其中包含大量专有名词，包括人名和魔咒名。这些专有名词都有其特定含义，有些来自英语，有些来自拉丁语，有些则是作者自创的新词。本文以《哈利·波特》中的专有名词，即人名和魔咒名为分析对象，从归化与异化的翻译策略角度出发，对其人文版中译本进行分析研究。
Since its publication, the series of Harry Potter novels have been welcomed by readers all over the world, in which the author has created a wonderful magical world. The novel is fairly long and contains a large number of proper nouns, including the names and the spells. These proper nouns all have specific meanings. Some come from English, some from Latin, and some are new words created by the author herself. This paper will study on the names and spells of proper nouns in Harry Potter from the perspective of domestication and foreignization, analyzing the Chinese version published by the People’s Literature Publishing House.
