In the context of the “Belt and Road” strategy and the Post-
Pandemic Era, the effective communication of Chinese characters should
be combined with the online communication of Chinese culture. In view of
the unique image of Chinese characters, they are easy to read and interpret.
From this, the multimodal communication of Chinese characters can be
carried out through analysis and illustration. Through the integration of
characters and images, while using characters to imitate the real landscape,
we can know the past and present lives of Chinese characters. On this basis,
we can explore the Chinese stories contained in Chinese characters and
show the real social picture of China.
