From a supersegment point of view, Japanese and Chinese have different performances. As a multi-syllable language, and the supersegment in Japanese is expressed as fluctuations between syllables. Meanwhile, Chinese, as a single-syllable language, the supersegment is expressed as fluctuations within the individual syllables. Japanese lexicon with more than four mora are usually regarded as compound noun. The pronunciation of compound noun is related to suffix elements closely.In the teaching site, teachers put more attention on the accent of simple noun, but ignores accent of compound noun. Therefore, mastering the learner's perception of compound noun accent is conducive to the acquisition of Japanese lexical structure and can also make pronunciation more fluent.
