Abstract: 当前，全国许多高校的用人单位普遍招用少量尚未进编的临时合同工。本文针对高校在录用管理临时合同工中存在的某些问题，提出录用、管理的对策。
At present, the unit of choose and employ persons of a lot of colleges and universities all over the country USES a few temporary contract workers that have not been made up. This paper aims at some problems existing in the employment and management of temporary contract workers in colleges and universities, and puts forward some countermeasures for employment and management.
