浅析移民管理机构人力资源管理工作

  • 摘要: 为进一步加强对我国移民(出入境)事务管理的统筹协调,更好形成移民管理工作合力,伴随2018年国务院机构改革方案提出,国务院建立健全新时代签证管理协调机制,将公安部下属的出入境管理、口岸边防检查职能整合,正式组建国家移民管理局,由公安部下辖管理。基于该情况,本文着眼于对移民管理机构的人力资源管理问题分析和对措方法探讨,希望能够帮助提升移民管理机构人力资源管理效率。
  • In order to further strengthen the overall coordination of China’s immigration (entry exit) affairs management and better form a joint force in immigration management, with the proposal of the 2018 State Council institutional reform plan, the functions of entry exit management and port border inspection under the Ministry of Public Security will be integrated, and a sound new era visa management coordination mechanism will be established. The National Immigration Management Bureau will be officially established and managed under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Security. Based on this situation, this article focuses on the analysis of human resource management issues and the exploration of countermeasures in immigration management institutions, hoping to help improve the efficiency of human resource management in immigration management institutions.
