浅析我国中小企业财务管理存在的问题及对策

• 摘要： 本文首先阐述了中小企业的概念、作用等基本理论知识；接着从我国中小企业财务管理中常见的问题着手，对财务管理中的融资、成本管理、投资等财务问题进行了分析；最后针对上述中小企业财务管理中存在的问题，对我国中小企业财务管理的解决对策提出了自己的见解。我国的中小企业只有加强财务管理，对资金进行合理的计划、调度、运用及分配、控制风险，才能提高收益，增强竞争力。
• This paper first describes the concept of small and medium-sized enterprises, the role of basic theoretical knowledge; Then from the common problems in the financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, the financial management of financing, cost management, investment and other financial problems are analyzed; Finally, in view of the problems in the financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises, the solutions to the financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises in China put forward their own opinions. Only by strengthening financial management, reasonably planning, scheduling, using and distributing funds, and controlling risks, can China's small and medium-sized enterprises improve their profits and enhance their competitiveness.
