  • Abstract: 全球经济一体化的今天,企业的竞争就是人才的竞争;而目前也是知识经济时代,企业管理就是文化的管理、人才的管理,人力资源管理在企业的发展中具有举足轻重的作用。企业的人力资源管理中要以企业文化为精神指导,提高人才的管理与开发水平,充分发挥企业文化在人力资源管理中的作用,提高企业的人才核心竞争力。
  • Today's global economic integration, enterprise competition is talent competition; At present, it is also the era of knowledge economy. Enterprise management is the management of culture and talents. Human resource management plays a pivotal role in the development of enterprises. In human resource management, enterprises should take enterprise culture as the spiritual guidance, improve the management and development level of talents, give full play to the role of enterprise culture in human resource management, and improve the core competitiveness of talents of enterprises.
