- Abstract: 随着信息爆炸时代与云时代的到来，大数据深深影响着企业的运营与商业模式，如今对于企业来说，数据已经由成本转变为一种商业资本，一项重要的经济投入，可以创造新的经济利益。与此同时，大数据时代下的企业管理与人力资源管理同样经历着前所未有的变革与创新。企业若想乘上这股浪潮，企业管理者需要深刻地理解大数据并意识到大数据所带来的新的认知与价值。
- With the arrival of the information explosion era and cloud era, big data deeply affects the operation and business model of enterprises. Now for enterprises, data has been transformed from cost into a kind of commercial capital, an important economic input, which can create new economic benefits. At the same time, enterprise management and human resource management in the era of big data are also experiencing unprecedented changes and innovations. To ride this wave, business managers need to have a deep understanding of big data and realize the new cognition and value it brings.
