Sustainable human resource management is a new research trend of the traditional strategic human resource management being centered on the organization, and is committed to balancing the economic effects of the organization and sustainable development. This study focuses on the new research theme of sustainable human resource management. By analyzing the influencing factors and effects of the sustainable human resource management of Chinese enterprises, this study makes up for the gaps and weak links of existing research, and expounds the future development and research direction of human resource management.
