  • Abstract: 可持续性人力资源管理突破传统战略人力资源管理以组织为中心的视角,致力于平衡组织经济效应和可持续发展之间的分歧,成为新的研究动向。本文聚焦到可持续性人力资源管理这一新兴研究主题,通过分析可持续性人力资源管理的影响因素和作用结果,从而在一定程度上弥补现有研究的空白和薄弱环节,有利于进一步明晰人力资源管理的未来发展和研究方向。
  • Sustainable human resource management is a new research trend of the traditional strategic human resource management being centered on the organization, and is committed to balancing the economic effects of the organization and sustainable development. This study focuses on the new research theme of sustainable human resource management. By analyzing the influencing factors and effects of the sustainable human resource management of Chinese enterprises, this study makes up for the gaps and weak links of existing research, and expounds the future development and research direction of human resource management.
