• Abstract: 2020 年突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情对我国的来华国际学生教育管理造成了 巨大的冲击和挑战，随着我国疫情防控进入常态化，海外国际学生无法来华学习， 而在中国滞留的国际学生部分选择继续在中国学习，形成了在校国际学生群体， 而这部分在校国际学生的管理，成为疫情防控下留管工作的巨大挑战，如何更好 的为这部分学生做好服务，配合国内疫情防控，是高校国际化治理能力的重要体 现。本文通过马斯洛需求理论，逐级分析在校国际学生的需求，并提出了疫情下 在校国际学生管理的有效建议。
• The COVID-19 outbreak in 2020 has caused serious damage to the education and management of international students in China As The epidemic prevention and control in China has become normal, overseas international students cannot study in China. However, some international students who stay in China choose to continue their studies in China, forming a group of international students on campus. The management of these international students has become a great challenge for the containment and control of the epidemic. How better To provide good service for these students and cooperate with domestic epidemic prevention and control is an important part of the international governance capacity of universities Now. In this paper, the needs of international students are analyzed step by step by maslow's demand theory, and the epidemic situation is put forward Effective advice on the management of international students on campus.
