• Abstract: 目的：解决高值医用材料价格高，过度使用突出问题。方法：通过高值医用材料管理改革前后数字对比。政策比较说明其改革的必要性。结果：高值医用材料取消加成，减少合理收入，主要补偿机制是调整医疗项目价格，结论:提出应对措施是联合议价和带量采购。
• Objective: to solve the problem of high value medical materials. Methods: the data before and after the reform of high value medical materials management were compared. The policy comparison shows the reform necessity. Results: the main compensation mechanism is to adjust the medical price. Conclusion: the countermeasures are joint bargaining and purchasing with quantity.
