• 摘要： 随着信息技术的迅猛发展，世界早已从 IT（Information Technology）时代步入了DT（DataTechnology ）时代，以数据分析和处理为代表的新技术手段，特别是大数据技术、人工智能 技术的发展，不断催生着各行各业的变化。在数据时代，业务流程软件早已退 出主舞台，数据思维和数据技术正不断驱动着管理决策和运营，带来了巨大的 业务价值。基于大数据的管理理念，正不断驱动着高校的管理工作向精细化、 科学化的现代化进程迈进。
• The world has entered in to the age of Data Technology from Information Technology with the fast development of technology. The new technology represented by data analysis and processing, especially the development of big data technology and artificial intelligence, has constantly spawned changes in all walks of life. In the age of data, business process software has been out of the main stage. Data thinking and data technology are constantly driving management decision-making and operation, bringing huge business value. The management concept based on big data is constantly driving the management of colleges and universities to the modernization process of fine and scientific.
