In the process of China’s social and economic operation, public institutions
bear important responsibilities. Therefore, in order to promote the good play of
the role of public institutions, it is necessary to carry out scientific human resource
management. There are many problems in human resource management of public
institutions, such as imperfect system, poor assessment efficiency and less personnel
training. Therefore, we need to analyze the problems existing in human resource
management of public institutions, and then put forward corresponding solutions.
