• Abstract: 在我国社会和经济运行过程中，事业单位承担着重要的职责，因此， 为了促进事业单位作用的良好发挥，就需要进行科学的人力资源管理。事业单 位的人力资源管理长期存在着制度不健全、考核效率较差、人员培训较少等问题。 所以，我们需要对事业单位人力资源管理中存在的问题进行分析，进而提出相 对应的解决策略。
• In the process of China’s social and economic operation, public institutions bear important responsibilities. Therefore, in order to promote the good play of the role of public institutions, it is necessary to carry out scientific human resource management. There are many problems in human resource management of public institutions, such as imperfect system, poor assessment efficiency and less personnel training. Therefore, we need to analyze the problems existing in human resource management of public institutions, and then put forward corresponding solutions.
