  • 摘要: 中国城市建设进程中伴随着大量的住宅小区建设,除了住宅本身的地 理位置、建设质量等核心要素外,人们越来越注重小区的物业服务质量。物业 服务水平逐渐成为住宅小区的重要价值因素之一,如何提升住宅小区物业管理 服务质量一直是值得探讨的问题。物业管理属于服务行业,对于我国来说,服 务业仍然是比较薄弱的环节。成熟的物业管理在广大的房地产市场经济里拥有 很大的市场空间及发展空间,对于国内物业管理公司来说,是挑战,更是机遇。
  • In the process of urban construction in China, with the construction of a large number of residential quarters, in addition to the core elements such as the geographical location and construction quality of the residence itself, people are paying more and more attention to the quality of the community's property services. The level of property services has gradually become one of the important value factors of residential communities. How to improve the quality of property management services in residential communities has always been a question worthy of discussion. Property management belongs to the service industry. For China, the service industry is still a relatively weak link. Mature property management has a large market space and development space in the vast real estate market economy. It is a challenge and an opportunity for domestic property management companies.
