浅谈财经类院校通识教育实践的问题与对策

• 摘要： 近年来，通识教育在我国财经类院校中受到高度重视，各高校纷纷进行通识教育课程改革。针对通识教育存在的不足，在重点梳理和分析现阶段财经类院校通识教育存在的课程结构不合理、师资队伍缺乏、教学方式不灵活、教学管理薄弱等问题的基础上，提出了加强通识教育的对策，认为：财经类院校需要从全面理解通识教育的含义、完善课程体系、加强教师队伍建设、改革教学方式、丰富教育资源、理顺管理关系等，以保证通识教育的教学质量。
• In recent years, general education has been highly valued in China’s financial and economic colleges and universities, and universities have carried out curriculum reform of general education. In view of the deficiency of general education, on the basis of sorting out and analyzing the problems existing in general education in financial and economic colleges at present, such as unreasonable curriculum structure, lack of teachers, inflexibly teaching methods and weak teaching management, this paper puts forward countermeasures to strengthen general education, and holds that: In order to ensure the teaching quality of general education, financial and economic colleges need to fully understand the meaning of general education, perfect the curriculum system, strengthen the construction of teachers, reform teaching methods, enrich educational resources and straighten out management relations.
