The course of “Psychological Health Education for College Students” faces challenges such as traditional educational concepts restricting the reform and exploration of “Psychological Health Education for College Students”, traditional teaching concepts constraining the teaching mode of “Psychological Health Education for College Students”, traditional health concepts hindering the enthusiasm of college students to learn “Psychological Health Education for College Students”, and ignoring the influence of humanities on students’ attention to “Psychological Health Education for College Students”. In response to the above difficulties, the deep learning model of “Psychological Health Education for College Students” proposes the educational concept of promoting knowledge understanding through self-directed learning, enhancing student experience through practical activities, guiding insights directly to students’ hearts, and enriching students’ spirit through value guidance. Four Unit teaching design and three-dimensional teaching evaluation design are carried out to enable students to achieve deep learning in the course of “Psychological Health Education for College Students”.
