- Abstract: 家庭式托育是一种重要且有效的托育方式，能够有效解决家庭托育问题，减轻家长的负担。但在实践中，家庭式托育面临一系列困境：机构数量不足，托育机构的质量保障及监管缺乏统一的规章制度，服务质量参差不齐，供需矛盾突出，托育服务价格偏高，专业人才缺口较大，这些因素导致家庭式托育难以大范围普及。为实现全社会“幼有所育”，政府、社会和家庭式托育服务提供者三方应联合起来，为幼儿创设高质量的托育环境，完善相关规章制度，制定规范的监管机制，推动家庭式托育高质量、高水平发展。
- Family-based childcare is an important and effective childcare method, which can effectively solve family childcare problems and reduce the burden on parents. In practice, family-based childcare faces a series of difficulties: the number of institutions is insufficient, there is a lack of unified regulations and supervision for the quality assurance of childcare institutions, the service quality is uneven, the supply and demand contradiction is prominent, the price of childcare services is relatively high, and there is a significant shortage of professional personnel. These factors make it difficult for family-based childcare to be widely popularized. To achieve the goal of “ensuring infants’ access to childcare and nurturing” across society, the government, society, and family-based childcare services providers should collaborate to create a high-quality childcare environment for young children, improve relevant regulations and policies, establish standardized supervision mechanisms, and promote the high-quality, high-standard development of family-based childcare services.
