  • Abstract: 在数智化浪潮席卷全球的今天,教育领域正经历着前所未有的变革,这对教师的数智素养提出了更为全面的要求。为了适应这一新时代的需求,更新并优化现行教师专业标准显得尤为迫切与重要。因此,本文旨在比较研究中俄教师专业标准中对于教师数智素养的具体要求,寻找二者之间的异同。通过文献研究法探究人工智能对小学教师专业发展的影响,为优化中国小学教师专业标准和提升小学教师核心素养提出可行的建议。
  • With the wave of digital intelligence sweeping the world today, the field of education is undergoing unprecedented changes, which puts forward more comprehensive requirements for teachers’ digital and intelligent literacy. In order to meet the needs of this new era, it is particularly urgent and important to update and optimize the current teachers’ professional standards. Therefore, this paper aims to compare and study the specific requirements of teachers’ digital and intelligent literacy in Chinese and Russian teachers’ professional standards, and find out the similarities and differences between them. Through the literature research method, this paper explores the influence of artificial intelligence on the professional development of primary school teachers, and puts forward feasible suggestions for optimizing the Chinese primary school teachers’ professional standards and improving their core literacy.
