This study aims to explore the path of integrating traditional Chinese herbal medicines resources into kindergarten curriculum in Ningxia. The unique geographical environment of Ningxia has nurtured abundant resources of Chinese herbal medicines, with profound cultural connotations and rich regional knowledge and ethnic wisdom, possessing significant educational value. Currently, in the process of integrating Ningxia’s traditional Chinese herbal medicines resources into kindergarten curriculum, there are many challenges, such as insufficient development of curriculum resources and lack of professional knowledge among teachers, which limit the effective inheritance of traditional Chinese herbal medicines culture in early childhood education. This study is based on the five major educational fields of kindergarten health, language, society, science, and art, and deeply analyzes the integration path of Chinese herbal medicines resources and kindergarten curriculum, providing reference for kindergartens to carry out Chinese herbal medicines resource curriculum, solving existing problems, promoting the inheritance and development of Ningxia Chinese herbal medicines culture in early childhood education, allowing children to experience the charm of regional culture in fun courses, and achieving comprehensive development.
