“茶元素”融入创新创业教育体系的实践与探索

• Abstract: 本文立足地方资源特色，将融入“茶元素”的茶文化、茶科普、茶科研等活动与大学生创新创业教育中的专项实践、学科实践、社会实践紧密结合，构建了具有地方高校特色的创新创业教育新模式。具体实施方案包含优化创新创业教学体系、加强师资队伍建设和完善评价激励措施三个方面，并构建了三方联动的创新创业教育体系推进方案。实践证明，“茶元素”融入创新创业教育体系的实践与探索对学院青年学子的思想观念、价值取向、精神风貌以及他们的成长和成才方面发挥了积极的影响。
• In this paper, a kind of innovation and entrepreneurial education model with local university characteristics was constructed, which closely combined activities with “tea elements” including tea culture, tea science popularization, tea research with special practice, disciplinary practice, social practice of college innovation and entrepreneurship education based on local resource characteristics. The specific implementation plan includes three aspects: optimizing the innovation and entrepreneurship teaching system, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, and improving evaluation and incentive measures. A tripartite linkage promotion plan for the innovation and entrepreneurship education system has been constructed. It was proved that the construction and exploration of the innovation and entrepreneurial education system integrating “tea elements” have had a positive impact on the ideological concepts, value orientations, spiritual outlook, as well as their growth and success of young students in the college.
