  • Abstract: 学前教育作为终身教育的起始阶段,在个体成长和社会发展中占据关键地位。本研究聚焦校企合作对学前教育专业师范生就业实践能力提升的作用,深入剖析新时代背景下提升学前教育专业师范生就业实践能力的时代意蕴,梳理当前培养过程中面临的现实困境,进而针对性地提出系列实践理路,旨在为通过校企合作培养高素质学前教育专业人才提供理论与实践指导,推动学前教育事业高质量发展。
  • Preschool education, as the starting stage of lifelong education, plays a crucial role in individual growth and social development. This study focuses on the role of school enterprise cooperation in enhancing the practical employment abilities of preschool education majors. In depth analysis of the era significance of enhancing the employment practice ability of preschool education majors under the background of the new era, sorting out the current difficulties faced in the training process, and proposing a series of targeted practical approaches, aiming to provide theoretical and practical guidance for cultivating high-quality preschool education professionals through school enterprise cooperation, and promote the high-quality development of preschool education.
