• Abstract: 数智化经济时代，新商科教育中管理理论与实践的联动机制愈发凸显。案例不仅是连接理论与实践的最佳桥梁，还具备价值引领的育人功能。为了实现管理类专业教育“知行合一”和“立德树人”的双重目标，本文主要探讨管理类专业课程案例库建设的价值意蕴、根本标准、构建思路及关键要点，以期为新商科教育背景下的管理人才培养创新提供借鉴。
• In the era of digital intelligence economy, the linkage mechanism of management theory and practice of new business education is more prominent. The case is not only the best bridge linking theory and practice, but also has the educational function of value guidance. In order to realize the dual goals of “unity of knowledge and action” and “foster virtue through education” in management professional education, this article mainly discusses the value implication, fundamental standards, construction ideas and key points of the case databases building of management curricula, in order to provide reference value for the innovation of management talent training under the background of new business education.
