信息化时代我国教师教育惩戒发展之审思

  • 摘要: 从古至今,我国教师教育惩戒经历了从体罚到规范罚,再到如今的不敢罚阶段。时代变迁促使教师惩戒发生了本质性转变,包括惩戒关系的多元化、惩戒主客体心性的复杂化、交流方式的双向互动化以及惩戒模式的人性化。进入信息化时代,教师惩戒管理体系亟待更新。梳理与分析教育惩戒的嬗变,进而更新和完善教师惩戒管理体系,是保障信息化时代教师教育惩戒走向规范化与秩序化的有效途径。
  • Since ancient times, China’s teacher education punishment has gone through the stage from corporal punishment to normative punishment and then to the present stage of not daring to punish. The changes of times have led to the essential changes in teacher punishment, including the diversification of punishment relations, the complexity of the subjective and objective nature of punishment, the two-way interaction of communication methods and the humanization of punishment models. In the information age, the teacher punishment management system urgently needs to be updated. Sorting out and analyzing the evolution of educational punishment is an effective way to update and improve the teacher punishment management system, ensuring that teacher education punishment in the information age becomes more standardized and orderly.
