Based on video analysis method, a qualitative study was conducted on the physical education teaching activities of five preschool teachers, and it was found that high-quality teaching activities exhibit five dimensional characteristics: diversified teaching expression, flexible teaching methods, orderly teaching organization, specialized action guidance, and systematic teaching evaluation. Research has confirmed that by integrating gamified and contextualized teaching strategies, renowned teachers can construct a three in one teaching model of “safety regulation interaction”, effectively promoting the acquisition of motor skills and physical fitness improvement in young children, and providing a practical paradigm for the reform of physical education teaching for young children.
