In the context of the new liberal arts construction, exploring the organic integration of new liberal arts and new technologies through the establishment of child development and education laboratories has become an urgent issue in China’s preschool education laboratory construction. This study selects four representative child development and education laboratories based on QS World University Rankings, considering information availability and other factors. The characteristics of university child development and education laboratory construction are analyzed from functional positioning, operational management, integration of technical resources, and results transformation perspectives. Furthermore, insights for constructing preschool education laboratories in our country are proposed.
