基层公安机关警务实战模拟训练路径探析

• 摘要： 公安警务模拟实战红蓝对抗是培养公安执法队伍实战技战术和案例规范处置能力，促进一线执法民警练就过硬本领的重要手段和有效方式。各级公安机关经常性开展针对一线执法队伍的警务实战模拟训练，以期提高民警在实际工作中快速反应、高效处理突发事件的综合处置能力。需要注意的是，当下有关警务模拟实战训练的理论研究和实际操作之间存在衔接差异，各个地方基层公安机关在开展训练中普遍存在诸多问题，亟需开展具有较高针对性和可操作性的研究和革新。
• Police simulation of real combat red-blue confrontation is an important means and effective way to cultivate the actual combat skills and tactics of the public security law enforcement team and the ability to standardize the handling of cases, and to promote the front-line law enforcement police to practice excellent skills. It should be noted that there are many problems in the training carried out by grassroots public security organs in various localities, and it is urgent to carry out research and innovation with high pertinence and operability.
