  • 摘要: 近年来,在党和国家的不断重视下,我国各级各类教育都得到了一定的扶持和发展,我国特殊教育事业更是进入到了新的发展阶段。学者对特殊教育教师职业认同也有了不同程度的研究。本文对中国知网上的文献进行筛选,梳理了特殊教育教师职业认同研究的文献来源、研究工具与方法、影响因素等内容,并据此探讨了相关研究的不足,以供后续研究参考。
  • In recent years, with the continuous attention of the Party and the state, education at all levels and types in China has received certain support and development, and the special education industry in China has entered a new stage of development. Scholars have also conducted varying degrees of research on the professional identity of special education teachers. This article screened literature on China National Knowledge Infrastructure, sorted out the sources, research tools and methods, influencing factors, and other contents of research on the professional identity of special education teachers. Based on this, the shortcomings of relevant research were explored for reference in subsequent studies.
