积极心理学视域下外语类院校学生归属感提升路径

Ways to Enhance the Sense of Belonging of Students in Foreign Language Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

  • 摘要: 随着习近平总书记有关深化集体主义教育的倡导,以及积极心理学的兴起和发展,学生归属感的培养变得愈发重要。本文总结了学生学校归属感研究涉及的领域、学生学校归属感的影响因素,列举了外语类院校学生特点,论述了外语类院校学生归属感研究的重要意义,探讨了积极心理学视域下外语类院校学生归属感的特点、影响因素和提升路径。其中,提升路径主要从加强组织文化建设、开展集体活动、实施有效策略、建立良好师生关系、强化班级管理服务、营造包容多元的环境等6个方面展开详细论述,为外语类院校思政工作者提供有益参考。
  • With the General Secretary Xi Jinping’s advocacy for deepening collectivist education and the rise and development of positive psychology, the cultivation of students’ sense of belonging has become increasingly important. This paper summarizes the fields involved in the study of students’ sense of belonging in school and the influencing factors of students’ sense of belonging in school, lists the characteristics of students in foreign language colleges and universities, discusses the significance of the study of students’ sense of belonging in foreign language colleges and universities, and discusses the characteristics, influencing factors and improvement paths of students’ sense of belonging in foreign language colleges and universities from the perspective of positive psychology, which are mainly discussed in detail in six aspects: strengthening organizational culture construction, carrying out collective activities, implementing effective strategies, establishing good teacher-student relationship, strengthening class management services, and creating an inclusive and pluralistic environment, so as to provide useful references for ideological and political workers in foreign language colleges and universities.
