Exploration and Practice of the Quality Improvement Project for Talent Cultivation in Elementary Education Majors at Local Universities from the Perspective of “New Liberal Arts”
Training high-quality talents is the core of the development of primary education. The study starts from the perspective of the new liberal arts, compares and analyzes the differences between traditional liberal arts education and new liberal arts education, reveals the necessity of educational reform and theoretical support construction, understands that the cultivation of primary education professionals in local universities must focus on innovative curriculum design and teaching content, as well as strengthening educational internships and practices, and discovers effective practical strategies such as case-based teaching method and promoting learning through competitions. Finally, by evaluating the improvement of teaching quality and students’ comprehensive quality, the effectiveness of the talent cultivation quality improvement project was verified, and the future development direction and goals were predicted.
