• 摘要： 监狱人民警察，作为国家司法行政力量的重要组成部分，担负着刑罚执行任务，将人民法院的判决落到实处，把罪犯改造为守法公民，实现刑罚的根本目的。在执行刑罚的工作中，监狱人民警察既是刑事处罚的具体落实者，也是教育者，同时还是劳动生产的组织者。在监狱工作现代化的进程中，面对新形势新任务，要实现从“关得下”“跑不了”到“改造好”“不再犯”的系统升级，监狱人民警察需要有一种改造人的信仰，才能用心用情做好罪犯改造工作，促进监狱事业的高质量发展。
• The prison people’s police, as an important part of the state judicial and administrative force, undertakes the task of executing the penalty, implementing the judgment of the people’s court, transforming the criminals into lawabiding citizens, and realizing the fundamental purpose of the penalty. In the execution of criminal punishment, the prison people’s police are not only the implementers of criminal punishment, but also educators, and organizers of labor production. In the process of prison modernization, facing the new situation and new tasks, in order to realize the system upgrade from “can be locked up” and “can not run away” to “reform well” and “no more offenders”, the prison people’s police need to have a belief in reforming people, in order to do a good job of reforming criminals with heart and feeling, and promote the high-quality development of prison undertakings.
