• 摘要： 在立德树人背景下，乡村学校美育缺乏动力机制并非个例。叙州区南广学校于“双减”视域下重新审视美育问题与出路，构建了包含环境、资源、师资、课程、活动、评价等要素的美育动力机制，努力缩小城乡美育差距，探寻乡村学校美育校本化、特色化发展路径，使美育教学改革成效显著，工作制度更加完善，机制运行更加高效。
• In the context of cultivating morality and talents, the lack of motivation mechanism in rural school aesthetic education is not an isolated case. Under the perspective of “Double Reduction”, Nanguang Town Central School in Xuzhou District, Yibin City has re-examined the issues and solutions of aesthetic education, and constructed a dynamic mechanism for aesthetic education that includes elements such as environment, resources, faculty, curriculum, activities, and evaluation. Efforts have been made to narrow the gap between urban and rural aesthetic education, explore the path of localized and characteristic development of aesthetic education in rural schools, and achieve significant results in the reform of aesthetic education teaching, improve the working system, and operate the mechanism more efficiently.
