  • 摘要: “艺友制”教育思想是陶行知师范教育的伟大尝试,其内涵与根本方法对中职幼儿保育专业学生职业能力的培养具有启发意义。因而,本研究在分析中职幼儿保育专业学生的职业能力及培养困境的基础上,受“艺友制”教育思想启发,探寻中职幼儿保育专业学生职业能力培养的路径,以解决中职幼儿保育专业学生能力培养过程中理论与实践脱节的问题,有效培养学生的职业能力。
  • The educational thought of “art friendship system” is a great attempt of Tao Xingzhi’s normal education. Its connotation and fundamental methods are of enlightening significance to the cultivation of professional competence of students majoring in child care in secondary vocational schools. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the vocational ability and training dilemma of students majoring in child care in secondary vocational schools, this study, inspired by the educational thought of “art friendship system”, seeks for the path of professional competence cultivation of students majoring in child care in secondary vocational schools, in order to solve the problem of the disconnection between theory and practice in the process of ability cultivation of students majoring in child care in secondary vocational schools, and effectively cultivate students’ professional competence.
