  • 摘要: 高校教师的工作属于脑力、体力和情绪劳动。本文整理了高校教师情绪劳动的影响因素,主要分为个体因素和组织因素两类。并通过对情绪劳动的两种具体内容取向——表层扮演和深层扮演的了解,总结出针对高校教师在不同场景下进行不同情绪劳动干预的措施。
  • The work of university teachers belongs to mental, physical, and emotional labor. This article categorizes the influencing factors of emotional labor among university teachers into two main types: individual factors and organizational factors. And through understanding the two specific content orientations of emotional labor: surface play and deep play, summarize targeted emotional labor intervention measures for university teachers in different scenarios.
