• 摘要： 新时代创新发展的关键是创新型人才的培养，地方师范院校作为培养未来教师的主阵地，师范生的实践创新能力体现了高校人才培养质量，师范生的创新意识是引导创新思维发展的起点和驱动力。本研究概述了小学教育专业学生创新实践能力提升的时代意蕴，分析了当前小学教育专业学生实践创新能力存在的问题，提出了新时代提升小学教育专业学生实践创新能力的原则与实践理路。希望为地方师范院校师范生创新人才培养奠定良好的基础，促进小学教育专业人才培养质量的提升。
• The key to innovative development in the new era lies in the cultivation of innovative talents. As the main battlefield for training future teachers, local normal universities play a crucial role. The practical innovation ability of normal students reflects the quality of talent cultivation in universities, and their innovative consciousness is the starting point and driving force for the development of innovative thinking. This study summarizes the contemporary significance of enhancing the practical innovation ability of students majoring in primary education, analyzes the existing problems in their practical innovation ability, and proposes the principles and practical approaches for enhancing the practical innovation ability of students majoring in primary education in the new era. It is hoped that this will lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of innovative talents among normal students in local normal universities and promote the improvement of the quality of talent cultivation in the primary education major.
