This paper closely focuses on the teaching reform needs of macroeconomics based on the textbooks of the “Marxist Theory Research and Construction Project” (hereinafter referred to as “MTRCP”), and deeply explores the multiple interaction modes of teacher-student interaction, student-student interaction and human-computer interaction derived from the interactive teaching platform. It elaborates in detail on the practical forms of each mode centered around the knowledge points in the textbooks of the “MTRCP”, and comprehensively and accurately evaluates the interactive effects by using quantitative data and student feedback information. The research finds that the multiple interaction modes have achieved remarkable results, but there is still room for improvement. Based on this, targeted policy suggestions are put forward, aiming to optimize the interaction strategies, improve the teaching quality of macroeconomics of the “MTRCP”, and contribute to the teaching innovation of the economic disciplines in colleges and universities.
