一体化德育背景下中小学德育管理的问题和对策

  • 摘要: 当前,我国学校德育正迎来大中小学一体化发展的新时代。在此情境下,如何深化中小学德育管理改革,以更好地发挥学校育人作用,已成为当前亟须解决的重要问题。在一体化德育背景下,中小学德育存在课程实施不合理、管理机制不科学、师资建设不完善、资源力量不平衡等问题。为此,建议从突出组织机构功能、促进管理理念革新、推进德育方法多元化、深化管理机制改革、优化师资队伍配置等五个方面进行改革。
  • At present, China’s school moral education is entering a new era of integrated development from primary schools to universities. How to deepen the reform of primary/middle school moral education management to better play the role of schools in educating people has become an important problem that needs to be solved urgently. Under the background of integrated moral education, there are problems of unreasonable curriculum implementation, unscientific management mechanism, incomplete teacher construction, unequal resource allocation in primary/middle school. It is suggested to carry out reform from five aspects of highlighting the function of organizational structure, promoting the innovation of management concept, promoting the diversification of moral education methods, deepening the reform of management mechanism, and optimizing the allocation of teacher resources.
