At present, China’s school moral education is entering a new era of integrated development from primary schools to universities. How to deepen the reform of primary/middle school moral education management to better play the role of schools in educating people has become an important problem that needs to be solved urgently. Under the background of integrated moral education, there are problems of unreasonable curriculum implementation, unscientific management mechanism, incomplete teacher construction, unequal resource allocation in primary/middle school. It is suggested to carry out reform from five aspects of highlighting the function of organizational structure, promoting the innovation of management concept, promoting the diversification of moral education methods, deepening the reform of management mechanism, and optimizing the allocation of teacher resources.
