“三全育人”视域下构建高校育人体系的实践路径研究

• 摘要： “三全育人”是高校落实立德树人根本任务的必然要求，也是推动高校思想政治教育机制不断完善的必然趋势。本文从“三全育人”的核心理念和特征出发，探讨了在此视角下构建高校育人体系的重要意义，并揭示了“三全育人”视域下高校育人体系构建面临的主要问题，进而从提升高校育人体系的联动效能、推动高校育人体系的队伍建设、完善高校育人体系的考核和监督机制三个方面探讨了实践路径，期望能为“三全育人”的实践发展略尽绵力。
• “Three Comprehensive Education” is an inevitable requirement for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with virtue, and it is an inevitable trend to promote the continuous improvement of the ideological and political education mechanism in colleges and universities. Starting from the core concept and characteristics of “Three Comprehensive Education”, the author discusses the importance of constructing the education system of colleges and universities from this perspective, and reveals the main problems faced by the construction of the education system of colleges and universities from the perspective of “Three Comprehensive Education”, and discusses the practical path from three aspects: improving the linkage efficiency of the education system in colleges and universities, promoting the team building of the education system in colleges and universities, and improving the assessment and supervision mechanism of the education system in colleges and universities, hoping to make a contribution to the practical development of “Three Comprehensive Education”.
