  • 摘要: 随着乡村振兴战略的深入推进,职业教育在乡村产业振兴中的作用日益凸显,其职能与乡村振兴需求高度契合,职业教育赋能乡村振兴前景广阔。本文以广州铁路职业技术学院为例,深入剖析该校在人才振兴、产业帮扶、文化教育支持等方面的实践举措,以党建引领行动、教育帮扶行动、科技助力行动、人才振兴行动、文化浸润行动等五大抓手开展工作,实效显著,为职业教育赋能乡村产业振兴提供可借鉴的经验和模式。
  • With the deepening of the rural revitalization strategy, the role of vocational education in rural industrial revitalization is becoming increasingly prominent. The functions of vocational education are highly compatible with the needs of rural revitalization, and there is great potential for vocational education to empower rural revitalization. This article takes Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic as an example to analyze its practical measures in talent revitalization, industry assistance, cultural and educational support, etc. It empowers rural revitalization through five key actions: party building leading action, education assistance action, technology assistance action, talent revitalization action, and cultural infiltration action, providing valuable experience and models for vocational education to empower rural industrial revitalization.
