This article aims to explore effective methods for naturally integrating the concept of ideological and political education into the classroom teaching of “Human Behavior and Social Environment.” Ideological and political education emphasizes not only imparting knowledge but also cultivating students’ comprehensive qualities, particularly their ideological and political qualities, moral character, and mental health. By incorporating ideological and political education into the “Human Behavior and Social Environment” course, it can not only enhance students’ sense of social responsibility but also help them deeply understand the interrelationship between human behavior. This paper first analyzes the key issues of ideological and political integration in the curriculum, and then puts forward the concrete construction of ideological and political elements, including the construction purpose and the design of curriculum ideological and political integration points. Finally, the article takes a chapter as an example to design the implementation process, in order to provide useful reference for the natural integration of curriculum ideological and political elements in curriculum teaching and training talents with both virtue and ability.
