The dress of the Yi ethnic group, as an important carrier of Yi culture, its unique patterns, colors, craftsmanship and cultural connotations provide rich educational resources for preschool education activities. This paper aims to explore the pathways of integrating Liangshan Yi ethnic dress culture into preschool education activities by deeply analyzing the unique charm and educational value of Liangshan Yi ethnic dress culture, and proposing a series of feasible integration paths and implementation strategies. The research shows that integrating Liangshan Yi ethnic dress culture into preschool education activities can not only enhance children’s cultural identity and confidence, stimulate their aesthetic and creativity, but also enrich educational resources and promote home-school cooperation. Through diverse educational activities and implementation strategies, children can experience and learn to inherit and promote Yi dress culture, contributing to the diversity of cultural education.
