  • Abstract: 沙因的组织文化理论包含组织文化的定义、层次、形成及传播机制等方面的内容,对高校辅导员队伍文化建设具有重要的指导作用。本文在介绍沙因组织文化理论的基础上,分析了加强辅导员队伍文化建设的意义,并提出有效推进辅导员队伍文化建设的策略。
  • Schein’s organizational culture theory includes aspects such as the definition, levels, formation, and dissemination mechanisms of organizational culture, which plays an important guiding role in the cultural construction of college counselor teams. Based on introducing Schein’s organizational culture theory, this paper analyzes the significance of strengthening the cultural construction of counselor teams and proposes strategies to effectively promote the cultural construction of counselor teams.
