普通中学教师生涯教育自我效能感的内涵与提升策略

  • Abstract: 随着高考综合改革和新时代育人方式的稳步推进,中学阶段的生涯教育工作受到越来越多的关注。良好的自我效能感是探索新课程实践的重要基础。为了促进生涯教育的广泛实施,本文认为应将自我效能作为参与生涯教育教师团队专业发展的重要内容。为达到此目标,本文结合现有理论和实证研究发现,梳理了教师生涯教育自我效能感的内涵,并提出有关提升生涯教育效能感的策略,具体包括:(1)强化教师专业发展活动的特定元素;(2)明确生涯教师团队的分工和专业发展目标,提升合作交流。
  • With the advancement of the college entrance examination reform and the talent development strategy for the new era, career education at the secondary school level has received more and more attention. Teachers’ self-efficacy is an important foundation for exploring new curriculum practices. In order to promote the implementation of career education, this paper argues that self-efficacy should be taken as an important element in the professional development of teachers involved in career education. To achieve this goal, this paper combines existing theoretical and empirical findings to define the connotations of teachers’ self-efficacy in career education, and proposes strategies regarding the enhancement of self-efficacy, which include: (1) strengthening related elements of teachers’ professional development activities; and (2) clarifying the responsibilities and the goals of professional development of teachers involved in career teacher, and enhancing the cooperation and communication.
