• Abstract: 梳理我国基础教育现代化治理体系的内涵要义，研判高质量基础教育现代化治理体系构建的重点任务和实现路径，有助于揭示教育高质量发展背景下基础教育现代化治理体系建设的一般规律。我国基础教育现代化治理体系在持续建设与完善之中，通过分析我国基础教育现代化治理体系的现状与不足，明确我国基础教育现代化治理体系的建设重点在于思想引领、标准构建、数字赋能、多元治理、体系奠基等方面，这是构建高质量基础教育现代化治理体系的实现路径。
• Sorting out the connotations of the modernized governance system of basic education in China and examining the key tasks and realization paths of the construction of a modernized governance system for highquality basic education will help to reveal the general rules of the construction of a modernized governance system for basic education in the context of high-quality development of education. The modernized governance system of basic education in China is constantly being constructed and improved. By analyzing the current situation and shortcomings of the modernized governance system of basic education in China, it is clear that the construction of the modernized governance system of basic education in China focuses on ideological leadership, the construction of standards, digital empowerment, multi-governance, and the laying of a foundation for the system, which is the path to the realization of the construction of the modernized governance system of highquality basic education.
