• 摘要： 提升日常思想政治教育的实效性是发挥其“主阵地”作用的基础，也是应对不断变化的学情、社情所要面对的长期挑战。高职院校日常思想政治教育的实效性主要受到外部社会环境、学校管理水平、高职学生自身特点、教育方式方法、评价方式等因素的影响。高职院校需要科学认识各个影响因素的作用，强化教育者主体作用，增强学生参与的驱动力；提升活动设计的水平，增强教育形式的吸引力；紧盯教育活动的实践性，增强教育内容的说服力；整合现有活动平台，增强教育行为的持久力，才能有效提升实效性，落实立德树人根本任务。
• Improving the effectiveness of daily ideological and political education is the foundation for playing its “main battlefield” role, and it is also a long-term challenge to cope with the constantly changing academic and social situation. The effectiveness of daily ideological and political education in vocational colleges is mainly influenced by external social environment, school management level, the characteristics of vocational college students, educational methods, evaluation methods, and other factors. Vocational colleges need to scientifically understand the roles of various influencing factors, strengthen the role of educators as the main body, and enhance the driving force of student participation; Improve the level of activity design and enhance the attractiveness of educational forms; Focus on the practicality of educational activities and enhance the persuasiveness of educational content; Only by integrating existing activity platforms and enhancing the sustainability of educational behavior can we effectively improve effectiveness and implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents.
