Exploration of Employment Internship Base Construction of Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities Based on Dual- Creation Collaborative Parenting Mechanism in the Context of Industry-Teaching Integration
In the context of current industry-education integration, the educational model of higher vocational colleges is undergoing significant changes. To better cultivate students’ innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities, higher vocational colleges need to explore the construction of employment internship bases based on the mechanism of collaborative education. This study first analyzes the policy background of industryeducation integration and the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship education. Then, it explores the specific practice paths of higher vocational colleges under the mechanism of collaborative education. Taking a certain higher vocational college as an example, this paper elaborates on the specific practices of the college in the construction of employment internship bases, including the modes of school-enterprise cooperation, the site selection and construction of internship bases, and the design and arrangement of internship content. At the same time, through the evaluation data of student internship effects, it analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings of the current internship bases and proposes improvement suggestions. The study shows that the construction of employment internship bases based on the mechanism of collaborative education can not only effectively enhance students’ practical ability and employment competitiveness but also promote deep cooperation between schools and enterprises, achieving resource sharing and complementary advantages. Finally, this paper puts forward some policy recommendations in the hope of providing reference and insights for other higher vocational colleges in the construction of employment internship bases.
