  • 摘要: 在线教育的发展是高校教育数字化转型的重要趋势和指标。本文从教师角度出发,首先探讨数字技术如何为在线教育赋能,促进教育生态优化;其次,厘清教师在在线教育数字化改革中的角色和挑战;最后,指出教师应从数字技能、数字意识、数字社会责任三方面提升数字素养,积极投身教学改革创新。
  • The development of online education is an important trend and indicator in the digital transformation of higher education. From the perspective of teachers, this article first explores how digital technology empowers online education and promotes the optimization of the educational ecosystem; secondly, it clarifies the roles and challenges faced by teachers in the digital reform of online education; finally, it points out that teachers should enhance their digital literacy in terms of digital skills, digital awareness, and digital social responsibility, and actively participate in teaching reform and innovation.
