PBL Teaching and Evaluation Model Embedded in Triple Helix Structure —Research on Reform of Educational Evaluation and Cultivation of Practical Ability Based on Higher Vocational Students’ Education
The Overall Program for Deepening Educational Evaluation Reform in the New Era highlights the importance of the cultivation of higher vocational students’ practical ability in higher vocational education. However, through empirical research, it is found that in the process of cultivating practical ability of higher vocational students, students’ participation in competitions is obviously insufficient, and there is a bias in the cognition of factors influencing practical ability. At the same time, the concept of cultivating practical ability in higher vocational colleges and universities is relatively lagging behind. Based on this, this paper synthesizes the theory of “university-industry-government” triple helix structure and PBL, and puts forward the “PBL Teaching and Evaluation Mode Embedded in the Triple Helix Structure”, which integrates the cultivation and development of practical ability of higher vocational students in the in-depth cooperation among universities, government and enterprises, and emphasizes the importance of evaluation mechanism innovation in the process of cultivation of practical ability. It integrates the cultivation and development of practical ability of higher vocational students into the deep cooperation among universities, government and enterprises, and reconstructs the cultivation path of practical ability of higher vocational students with the innovation of evaluation mechanism.
