  • 摘要: 本文探讨了教育家精神对推动高校教师队伍持续健康发展的重要性。教育家精神为教师的职业道德提供了明确的目标指引,促使教师在实践中关注学生的全面成长与心理健康。同时,教育家精神为教师群体构建了价值共识,促进了教师之间的合作与支持,有助于形成和谐的教育生态。此外,教育家精神也为社会公众提供了认同教师职业的正面符号,提升了教师的社会地位和职业自豪感。通过强调关怀与责任、创新与探索,教育家精神激励教师不断追求专业成长。
  • This article explores the significance of the educator’s spirit in promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the university teaching workforce. The educator’s spirit provides clear goal guidance for teachers’ professional ethics, enabling them to focus on students’ overall growth and mental health in practice. Additionally, it establishes a value consensus within the teaching community, fostering cooperation and support among teachers, which contributes to a harmonious educational ecosystem. Furthermore, the educator’s spirit offers a positive symbol for the public’s recognition of the teaching profession, enhancing teachers’ social status and professional pride. By emphasizing care and responsibility, as well as innovation and exploration, the educator’s spirit motivates teachers to pursue professional growth continuously.
